Dear sir,
Th captioned vehicle is located at Warri and has a kick fault. Sulfrid was contacted to help out in fixing the vehicle but he said the location of the vehicle is far to his workshop and doesnt have funds to repair any vehicle. We contacted Ben-chucks to help fix the vehicle, though he complained of insufficient funds to fix the vehicle but i told him to send in the estimate so we can know what it takes to fix the vehicle.
Attached is the estimate with a sum of #15,000.
Kindly review and approve the attached estimate for processing of funds for the repair of this vehicle because as it stands now there is no workshop in that region willing to repair the vehicle due to the complain of insufficient funds and it is better a workshop well known handles the repair than a workshop we don’t know.
