Dear sir,

I have contacted Mr Oseni  and he said he doesn’t have any float.

To prevent downtime I have negotiated with the workshop and would pay him for repairs while we process the refund. Kindly approve a sum of #16,000 for Routine service and A.C Repairs for the captioned vehicle.

Ac repairs includes {valve seal, compressor oil, A.C gas and A.C labour}

Dear sir,

The captioned vehicle is due for routine service and the workshop{Shola Ajayi} handling the repairs of our vehicle in that area has told me bluntly that he no longer has the financial capacity to work on our vehicles not even routine service. We do not have any other workshop in that area and we cannot compromise by allowing this vehicle skip routine service.

I have advised the driver to go to Muri workshop {One-Off workshop} so we can treat the routine service as emergency and process the funds for the routine service.

Kindly give us the go ahead so we can present estimate for approval.
