Dear sir,

The driver of the captioned vehicle complained of the vehicle flashing on and off the oil light warning signal and he was advised to visit one of the workshop we used for emergency repairs. The workshop having inspected the vehicle suggested that the Engine filter should be serviced which would cost us a sum of #15,800 after negotiating with him . This vehicle was recently serviced 4 days ago by Kojo Motors.

Your input/advise is needed here for further action.
