Dear sir,

The driver of the captioned vehicle reported that his vehicle suddenly came to halt on their way back from site. He was advised to get a nearby mechanic to help ascertain this fault and it was discovered that the fuel pump was the cause as it no longer has pressure to pump fuel. The location of breakdown wasn’t close to where we have workshops and the mechanic was to fix the vehicle. The mechanic quoted for a sum of #18,000 for the repairs but we negotiated and agreed at #11,000

Kindly find attached estimate and evidence of breakdown for approval of #11,000 spent to resuscitate the vehicle
